We recommend that CPB management require KDNA-FM to identify the corrective actions and controls it will implement to ensure future compliance with Act requirements for open and closed meetings, as well as making financial information available to the public.

We recommend that CPB require KDNA-FM to update its Diversity Statement to fully address the CPB diversity requirements and have its LCSR available to the public.

Completing planned guidance and/or preparing a charter that will define in more detail the key resolution governance roles and responsibilities.b. Maintaining a roster of potential staff for key resolution governance roles.c. Informing potential staff for the key resolution governance roles of their respective Orderly Liquidation Authority resolution responsibilities.

Ensure the completed Tier I and II policies, procedures, and related guidance documents fully define the applicable Orderly Liquidation Authority roles and responsibilities of each FDIC Division and Office.

1. We recommend the Deputy Secretary of Commerce direct the Department's Chief Information Officer to work with system owners to (a) determine why penetration tests and KEV findings are not resolved within established due dates, (b) prioritize resources to resolve the causes of the delayed remediations, (c) immediately remediate vulnerabilities, and (d) establish a real-time reporting mechanism to track closures.

3. We recommend the Deputy Secretary of Commerce direct the Department's Chief Information Officer to establish and implement a process to aggregate and share penetration testing results across bureau HVA system owners.

We recommend the Executive Director, Law Enforcement Safety and Compliance Directorate implement a process to ensure recordation, for each stored firearm, of the physical location, including street address, and specific location within the facility, in the Firearms, Armor, and Credentials Tracking System.

We recommend that the Commissioner of CBP develop and implement a corrective action plan to ensure firearms and ammunition video surveillance systems are installed in required areas, functioning, and correctly positioned at the 11 locations with issues identified in this report.

We recommend SSA ensure contracts from other Federal agencies are readily available to determine whether the contract includes required FAR clauses, by including a copy of the initial award issued by other Agencies in SSA’s Streamlined Acquisition System.

We recommend the U.S. Assistant Secretary for Occupational Safety and Health update the criteria for the number of establishments to be included in the Site-Specific Targeting programs’ universes to better reflect industry growth and the number of eligible establishments nationwide.

We recommend the U.S. Assistant Secretary for Occupational Safety and Health to develop specific, measurable inspection goals for the Site Specific Targeting program, including a baseline for the number of inspections in each Site-Specific Targeting category, and periodically monitor progress toward those goals.

We recommend the U.S. Assistant Secretary for Occupational Safety and Health develop a more effective enforcement strategy to improve employer Form 300A compliance.

We recommend the U.S. Assistant Secretary for Occupational Safety and Health assess Form 300A data categories and gather more specific supporting information about injuries to better identify the count and type of injuries reported, such as musculoskeletal disorders.
