Quarterly Progress Report on U.S. Government International Ebola Response and Preparedness Activities, December 31, 2015
An investigation was initiated based on information received by CNCS management that a Foster Grandparent Program volunteer was arrested by the Laramie County Sheriff's Office for allegedly touching a child inappropriately.
NSA publicly released, under the Freedom of Information Act, these three NSA OIG reports in 2016 on NSA.gov. They concern NSA activities conducted pursuant to two authorities: Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which authorizes targeted surveillance of foreign persons located outside the United States in certain cases, and Section 215 of the USA PATRIOT Act, which was replaced in 2015 by the USA FREEDOM Act. OIG oversees all State Medicaid Fraud Control Units (MFCUs or Units). As part of this oversight, OIG conducts periodic reviews of all Units and prepares public reports based on these reviews. The reviews assess Unit performance in accordance with the 12 MFCU performance standards and monitor Unit compliance with Federal grant requirements.
