We recommend the Vice President, Chief Information and Digital Officer, Information Technology, verify the data and corresponding metadata in the data inventories are subject to the monitoring processes defined within TVA’s Information Security Continuous Monitoring strategy.

The facility Director ensures staff review primary care panel sizes and capacity levels to ensure they are accurate.

Develop a formal contingency plan to mitigate service impacts during major, known disruptions in operations, such as Mardi Gras.

Develop and implement, when needed, a localized retention and succession plan to ensure leadership and operational continuity.

(U) Rec. 1: The DoD OIG recommended that the Secretary of the Army update Army Regulation 190-45 and Army Executive Order 222-17 to require commanders to report threats of violence against civilians and non-Government facilities, or activities by Service members, dependents, or civilian employees to the Services Senior leadership though the operations center.

(U) Rec. A.1: The DoD OIG recommended that the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Housing, in coordination with the Military Departments, provide the Military Housing Offices with guidance on addressing the technical aspects of the Change of Occupancy checklist.
