Audit of the Military Services’ Oversight of Privatized Military Housing Maintenance
The Office of Inspector General performed an audit of IRA—Discrimination Financial Assistance Program (DFAP) to evaluate USDA’s internal controls related to consistent and accurate reviews of applications for assistance and proper disbursements of DFAP.

Independent Accountant’s Report on the Application of Agreed-Upon Procedures: Employee Benefits, Withholdings, Contributions, and Supplemental Semiannual Headcount Reporting Submitted to the Office of Personnel Management
We evaluated the leadership, culture, and accountability within the Defense Attaché Service (DAS) by assessing the actions DAS leadership has taken to communicate expectations and hold staff accountable for organizational performance and professional conduct. We issued the results of our evaluation, along with four recommendations, in a final report dated September 8, 2025.
