We recommend that the PBS Region 4 Commissioner: assess the condition of all chillers within PBS Region 4 to identify those that: have, or will soon, exceed their useful lives; are due for or behind on manufacturer-recommended overhauls and are not nearing or beyond their useful lives; or lack required redundancy.
