Ensure all major processes and procedures are documented accurately and reviewed on an annual basis. The AJ Handbookshould be updated and disseminated to all new and current AJs. The updated AJ Handbook should detailall key tasks and activities of the hearings process. The document should be periodically updated to reference current Pilot Projects for Hearings Case Management, in which offices the Pilot Projects are being implemented, and what steps of the process the Pilot Projects affect. Updates should be based on guidance from OFP management and should be supported by data analysis of Pilot Projects and performance measurement of previous fiscal years (FY). The updated AJ Handbook should include standard templates of Notices and Orders6an AJ should use during the hearings process. Additionally, it should direct users on how to use and where to find templates.
