Finalize updates to the existing policy and issue new QMP policies and procedures and a staff handbook. Ensure that these documents describe the process for selecting QMP activities; the criteria for selecting QMP regional representatives, including minimum skills requirements and baseline expectations for participating in the program; and the process for following up on QMP recommendations.
