What to Report to the OIG Hotline
If you have information about fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement, or misconduct relating to a U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) employee, program, asset, contract, contractor, appropriated funds, or grant you may report it to the CPSC Office of Inspector General (OIG) hotline at 301-504-7906 or at the link above. The CPSC OIG has jurisdiction over disclosures involving CPSC employees, programs, contracts, and grants. The CPSC OIG also has jurisdiction to investigate allegations of whistleblower retaliation and Hatch Act Violations involving employees of CPSC.
