If you know about waste, fraud, abuse, misconduct, mismanagement, inefficiency, economy, or whistleblower reprisal relating to a Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) employee, operation, program, or contract, you may report it to the CFTC OIG hotline.
What Not to Report to the OIG Hotline
Any matters relating to the industry CFTC regulates. Please report any matters pertaining to CFTC registrants or regulated market participants to the CFTC Division of Enforcement.
