What to Report to the OIG Hotline
If you know about waste, fraud or abuse, misconduct or whistle blower reprisal relating to a Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) program, contract, grant or employee you may report it to the ARC OIG hotline. The ARC OIG has jurisdiction over disclosures involving ARC programs, contract grants and employees.
What Not to Report to the OIG Hotline
The following matters are not generally investigated by ARC OIG: - All emergencies - EEO complaints - refer to ARC EEO Officer - ARC Policy decisions unless fraud, waste or abuse is involved
