| Text of Recommendation | We recommend that the contracting officer require GEHA to revise the Fraud and Abuse Process and Procedure Manual to include investigative processes and procedures that address all of the health benefits applicable to the FEHB plan (including pharmacy drug claims). GEHA should also implement the necessary procedures to ensure proper PBM oversight. |
