(U) Rec. 4.b: The DoD OIG recommended that the Secretary of the Navy designate an entity to be responsible for ensuring that all laws, policies, and agreements made in response to the fuel incident at Defense Fuel Support Point Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam are implemented, and that appropriate action is taken with regard to recommendations made in prior oversight and command investigation reports.
