Evaluation of the Leadership, Culture, and Accountability within the Defense Attaché Service – Stage 2, Project 2022-2004_3

We evaluated the leadership, culture, and accountability within the Defense Attaché Service (DAS) by assessing the actions DAS leadership has taken to communicate expectations and hold staff accountable for organizational performance and professional conduct. We issued the results of our evaluation, along with four recommendations, in a final report dated September 8, 2025.
