In 2022, the EEOC Office of Inspector General (OIG) procured the services of KAI Partners, Inc. (KAIP) to perform an evaluation of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) Digital Process Transformation and Automation (DPTA) progress, with an emphasis on evaluating EEOC’s DPTA plans, capabilities, and requirements.
