This Office of Inspector General (OIG) Comprehensive Healthcare Inspection Program report describes the results of a focused evaluation of the care provided at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, which includes the H. John Heinz III and Pittsburgh VA Medical Centers, one outpatient clinic in Ohio, and multiple outpatient clinics in Pennsylvania.
