Develop a plan for how COSMO and the SMV group intend to provide timely review and validation of the SR/HC-SABR and BETR models, including the expected time frames for completion along with a plan for ongoing validations. As part of this effort, assess the current level of staffing for COSMO and the SMV group to determine whether staffing is appropriate to efficiently and effectively conduct COSMO reviews and SMV validations consistent with guidance outlined in SR Letter 11-7.
