We recommend the Office of Human Capital and Training in conjunction with the Office of Information Technology evaluate the Employee and Contractor Exit Clearance Process and update as needed to ensure it provides the controls necessary to identify and communicate all separated employees in accordance with DHS policy of immediately revoking access to network and systems.
