Assess the feasibility of using systems controls in the Time and Attendance Collection System (TACS) to ensure supervisors disallow time, delete clock rings, and extend lunch times in accordance with Postal Service policy. If management deems enhancing TACS controls unfeasible, we recommend designing mitigating controls to prevent supervisors from improperly adjusting timecards.
