To assess USAID’s current approach to agriculture programming targeting value chains and ensure that USAID/Afghanistan has time to adjust RADP-East, if necessary, we recommend that the USAID Mission Director for Afghanistan: Create and implement a plan, with timeframes, to conduct a mid-term performance evaluation of RADP-East, in accordance with the RADP-East contract.
