We recommend that the Ohio Department of Medicaid develop a process for: (1) monitoring data entered into Ohio Benefits by periodically testing a State agency-defined percentage of entries for accuracy and (2) implementing appropriate corrective actions, such as staff training, when data entry issues are discovered
