We recommended NASA’s Associate Administrator for Human Exploration and Operations, in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Engineer should incorporate NPD 2570.5E, “NASA Electromagnetic Spectrum Management - Revalidated 9/13/16,” and NPR 2570.1C, “NASA Radio Frequency Electromagnetic Spectrum Management Manual,” in its next update of NPR 7120.5E, “NASA Space Flight Program and Project Management Requirements,” and NPR 7123.1B, “NASA Systems Engineering Processes and Requirements.”
