Enhance the annual payment recapture training provided to Centers with a focus on what constitutes an improper payment and how to improve the accuracy of their reporting, to include, but not limited to: a. definition of an improper payment, b. sufficiency of explanations for transactions excluded from reporting, c. types of overpayments experienced and whether the Centers consider the transactions reportable, and d. specific transactions that appear often in the system query and treatment.
