The Acting Director of OHR should develop and implement procedures to periodically monitor OHR and the units’ compliance with policies and procedures and to help identify poorly designed or ineffective internal controls for hiring Trust employees. Results should be periodically reported and timely action taken to redesign or improve those controls as needed.
