Reiterate to area, district, and field personnel that local purchases and payments using no-fee money orders for an emergency, one-time expense, are limited to invoices for $1,000 or less and to complete Postal Service Form 8231, Vendor Payment 1099 Reporting Form, to report services paid locally with no fee money orders.
