To strengthen construction planning for future work at KMTC and future construction projects in support of the ANSF, ensure appropriate use of government funds, and strengthen contractor oversight, we are making two recommendations to the Commanding General, CSTC-A, in coordination with the Director, AFCEE, to: Ensure that conceptual master plans for future construction projects in support of the ANSF contain more detailed information, including topography and the location of existing utilities, to facilitate the preparation of more accurate contract proposals.
