Comprehensive Healthcare Inspection of the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi

This Office of Inspector General (OIG) Comprehensive Healthcare Inspection Program report describes the results of a focused evaluation of the care provided at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center and multiple outpatient clinics in Mississippi.
