1	Yes	$0	$0	Dated November 18, 2025: The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) has updated Management Directive (MD) 14.2, Relocation Allowances. As part of this effort, OCFO staff collaborated with the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer to revise the relocation process for greater efficiency. OCFO will ensure that MD 14.2 fully incorporates these revisions and remains compliant with applicable federal guidance. In our correspondence dated December 3, 2024, ADAMS ML24318A954, we indicated that the update would be completed by September 30, 2025. However, the timeline has been extended due to delays in the management concurrence process, which is now expected to conclude by March 31, 2026. Estimated Completed Date: March 31, 2026. OIG Analysis: The proposed actions meet the intent of the recommendation. The OIG will close the recommendation once the NRC updates its agency guidance to fully reflect and comply with federal guidance.
