Text of Recommendation | FHFA should develop, implement, and circulate to all FHFA employees a written policy to promote compliance with laws and regulations regarding the hiring of relatives of agency employees, including for summer internship positions. That policy ought to clearly explain the scope of the prohibition on advocating or otherwise interceding on behalf of a relative and on preferential treatment in the hiring of a relative of an Agency employee. |
