We recommend that the chief operating officer of Federal Student Aid and the Assistant Secretary for Postsecondary Education ensure that 90/10 revenue information is reported to Congress by July 1 each year by updating and implementing processes for extracting 90/10 revenue information from the eZ-Audit system, including establishing specific timeframes for extracting, reviewing, and reporting proprietary institutions’ 90/10 revenue percentages.
