Ensure that the Mint workforce has the proper policies, resources, and tools to aid employee understanding of how to file complaints pertaining to harassment, employee misconduct, and potential deficiencies and/or vulnerabilities in Mint operations, programs, and/or systems. This also pertains to ensuring that policies for Management Inquiries and Administrative Investigations are clearly written so that employees understand the distinction between the two processes. To ensure that efforts are effective, consideration should be given to conducting surveys and/or other forms of outreach among the workforce as it pertains to the complaint process.
