Proactively evaluate patterns and trends in Administrative Investigations, Management Inquiries, and EEO complaints as it pertains to demographic characteristics including, but not necessarily limited to, race and ethnicity. To facilitate this type of analysis, the data collection process for Administrative Investigations and Management Inquiries should be improved to ensure the capture of necessary information and to ensure consistency of data collected across the programs. These enhancements will help ensure information is tracked, monitored, and analyzed at a consolidated level.
