Develop an implementation plan for e-learning that includes, at a minimum: a. An assessment of NRC’s baseline technology. b. A plan for roll-out, implementation, maintenance and ongoing evaluation of additional Learning Management Systems capabilities. The implementation plan should include a cost/benefit analysis of the available LMS features and how they can support NRC’s business needs.
