(U) Rec 2.a1: The DoD OIG recommended that the Program Manager, Heavy Lift Helicopters Program Office, in coordination with the Director, Operational Test and Evaluation, reevaluate and adjust, as appropriate, the scope of Phase II live?fire testing with consideration of the munitions likely to be encountered in combat based on updated threat assessment and combat data.
