We recommend that the EAC address and resolve the following recommendations that the Office: (a) Create a documented set of policies and procedures which comply with federal regulations, (b) Create an inventory listing which is fully populated and reconcilable into the Office's financial records, and (c) Conduct and document a physical inventory on a biannual basis.
