FHFA should clarify and reinforce the Office of Housing and Regulatory Policy’s guidance regarding the frequency of 97% LTV mortgage program monitoring dashboard preparation to Office of Housing and Regulatory Policy staff and ensure that the monitoring dashboards are prepared and reviewed in accordance with that guidance.
