Direct UNC to strengthen its administrative and management processes and procedures surrounding the use of PSC funding. Processes could include: a. Performing periodic reviews of all costs accumulated within account codes established to track PSCs to ensure that all costs accumulated within those account categories relate to costs incurred to support participants. b. Establishing a control that does not allow UNC to transfer funding from account codes established to track PSCs to cover other grant-related expenses without first obtaining approval from its Federal sponsor.
