| Text of Recommendation | We recommend that the Acting Chief Operating Officer for FSA require TCI to identify all students to whom TCI disbursed Pell Grants for attendance in any noncredit or reduced credit remedial course that reduced enrollment from full-time status during the period July 1, 2004, to the present, recalculate Pell Grant disbursements for those students in accordance with applicable regulations, and return any Title IV funds due to the Department with all applicable interest. |
