| Text of Recommendation | We recommend that the Acting Chief Operating Officer for FSA require TCI to identify all students for whom TCI used an incorrect withdrawal date during the period July 1, 2004, to the present, recalculate the return of Title IV funds for those students in accordance with applicable regulations, and return any Title IV funds due to the Department or FFEL lenders, with all applicable interest. |
