The Assistant Secretary for Management should ensure the Office of Budget and Travel (OBT) comply with Departmental Offices (DO) Reimbursable Agreement Policy (October 2010) by reviewing and updating a procedural manual that addresses roles, responsibilities, and activities associated with each phase of the reimbursable agreement lifecycle, as necessary, at least once every 2 years.
