SIGTARP has jurisdiction across TARP, including: -- The Home Mortgage Affordable Program (HAMP) -- The Hardest Hit Fund (HHF), including the Blight Elimination Program -- Bank bailout programs, including the Capital Purchase Program (CPP) and the Community Development Capital Initiative (CDCI)
