What to Report to the OIG Hotline: 

Information about waste, fraud, abuse, misconduct or whistleblower reprisal relating to a National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) employee, Regional Office, program, or contract may be reported to the NLRB OIG Hotline. The NLRB OIG has jurisdiction to investigate those matters including allegations of wrongdoing by both NLRB employees and the administrative law judges. The NLRB OIG also has jurisdiction to investigate allegations of whistleblower retaliation involving the NLRB.

What Not to report to the OIG Hotline : 

An emergency - Call 911;
Equal Employment Opportunity complaints involving the NLRB - Contact the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity;
Unfair Labor Practices or Union Representation matters - Contact the nearest NLRB Regional Office; and
Matters involving airline or railroads - Contact the National Mediation Board.
