| Text of Recommendation | To improve CERP oversight and promote the sustainment of CERP projects in Laghman Province, we recommend the USFOR-A commander direct the commanders of the PRT, ADT, or Task Force to: Develop approaches to improve the construction quality and sustainment plans for active CERP projects; or consider terminating or de-scoping active CERP projects and re-obligating the funds for better use, if it is in the best interest of the government to do so |
