| Text of Recommendation | To help ensure that the U.S. government is providing the appropriate number of facilities for the current and future ANSF, we recommend that the Deputy Commander, CSTC-A, in coordination with the Commander, IJC, immediately: Develop a plan that considers potential ANSF reductions to 228,500, and defer building permanent facilities, as appropriate, to eliminate future excess facility capacity. |
