Text of Recommendation
We recommend that the FWS require the Maine Department of Marine Resources to implement policies and procedures for the recordkeeping of employment history for retirement payouts of leave balances to ensure that they are appropriately allocated, as defined in 2 C.F.R. § 200.405, to the proper U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service program.
