| Text of Recommendation | We recommend that the CSTC-A Commander notify the Afghan Ministry of Interior of the construction deficiencies we identified at the women's compound in Herat and advise the ministry to take whatever action it deems appropriate to (a) connect the compound to a local electrical power source; (b) install cable identification tags in the manholes and handhole; and (c) install flexible duct connectors on the exhaust fans. |
