Rec. B.1: The DoD OIG recommended that the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Global Partnerships, in coordination with the DoD Global Health Engagement Council, provide a written proposal to the Director of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency detailing the specific requirements needed in Socium to address the four functions listed in Recommendation B.2 for global health engagement activities.
