Rec. A.2.j.2.a: The DoD OIG recommended, in regards to Military Leadership Diversity Commission report Recommendation 17, the Director of the diversity and inclusion office for the National Guard Bureau maintain documentation to support that it reports annually to Congress and the DoD on the status of diversity in each state, territory, and the District of Columbia for all ranks of the Army and Air National Guard.
