Rec. 2.b: The DoD OIG recommended that the Naval Education and Training Command Commander direct Troops-to-Teachers management to review the current standard operating procedures in coordination with management officials and the Office of General Counsel to ensure they fully comply with 10 U.S.C. § 1154 (2015) and finalize the procedures when new policy is developed.
