Text of Recommendation
Rec. 1.b: The DoD OIG recommended that the Deputy Secretary of Defense and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff direct the DoD co-chairs of the Joint DoD-Department of Homeland Security Cyber Protection and Defense Steering Group to work with the Department of Homeland Security co-chair of the Joint DoD-Department of Homeland Security Cyber Protection and Defense Steering Group to track activities executed and identify gaps that limit the DoD and the Department of Homeland Security in fully implementing all lines of effort in the 2018 memorandum.
