Evaluate and update its policies and procedures to ensure that billings and payments for service contracts comply with the FAR, EOIR internal policies, and BPA terms, ensuring that: (a) contracting officials review appropriate supporting information to determine whether the contractors’ billed amounts reflect reasonable, allocable, and allowable costs; and (b) contracting officials consistently communicate with the CO to ensure that contract workers comply with BPA terms and internal procedures on charges that may result in cost overruns.
